Duties
Greet customers warmly and assist them with their fueling needs and product inquiries
Conduct engaging product demonstrations to showcase features and advantages of various merchandise
Upsell additional products or services to enhance customer experience and increase sales
Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately for cash handling and transactions
Maintain organized merchandising displays to attract customer attention and promote featured items
Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction




Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers efficiently while maintaining store standards

Requirements
Multilingual skills or bilingual ability to communicate with diverse customer groups is preferred
Previous experience in retail sales, technology sales, or customer service is advantageous
Ability to perform product demos confidently and explain technical features clearly
Strong communication skills, active listening, and phone etiquette are essential for engaging with customers
Basic math skills for cash handling, POS operation, and transaction accuracy
Organizational skills to manage merchandising displays and maintain store cleanliness
Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods
A positive attitude with a passion for helping others and delivering exceptional service
