Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated RPN to join our healthcare team for the night shift . The ideal candidate will possess a solid commitment to providing high-quality patient care in various settings, including hospice care, assisted living, and acute care environments. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, administering medications, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective care plans.
Duties
Provide direct patient care, including medication administration and pain management.
Conduct thorough assessments of patients' health status and document findings accurately.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create individualized care plans tailored to each patient's needs.
Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes in condition to the appropriate medical staff.
Educate patients and their families on health management, treatment options, and medication usage.
Utilize electronic health record systems such as Epic and Cerner for documentation and patient management.
Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulations within the medical office or healthcare facility.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance nursing skills.
Experience
Current Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) license in valuable standing.
Previous experience in hospice care, assisted living, or acute care settings is preferred.
Proficiency in medication administration and pain management techniques.
Familiarity with electronic health record systems such as Epic or Cerner is advantageous.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment.
