Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Paralegal to join our team in Thornhill. This role is vital in supporting our legal and administrative operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.
Responsibilities
Legal research and document preparation.
Filing of documents through the Justice Service's portal
Manage case files and organize legal data efficiently.
Conduct thorough proofreading of legal documents.
Utilize legal research tools such as ACL and Excel effectively.
Support project management activities related to legal cases.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to qualified standards.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Qualifications




Proven experience as a Paralegal or similar role.
Strong organizational and research skills.
Proficiency with ACL Legal software
Excellent writing and legal drafting abilities.
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
Previous experience with ACL or similar document management systems is a plus.
Paralegal license is required
