Duties
Perform professional skincare treatments including facials, exfoliations, and skin analysis tailored to each client’s needs
Apply eyelash extensions with precision to enhance clients’ natural beauty
Provide expert advice on skincare products and routines, promoting retail sales through effective upselling techniques
Deliver excellent customer service by creating a relaxing, friendly atmosphere and addressing client concerns
Manage front desk responsibilities such as scheduling appointments, checking in clients, and maintaining cleanliness of treatment areas




Educate clients on skincare best practices and recommend suitable treatments or products for ongoing skin health
Assist in retail sales efforts by engaging clients with product knowledge and personalized recommendations

Experience
Previous experience as an Esthetician or in a similar skincare role preferred but not required; training provided for the right candidate
Demonstrated ability in eyelash extensions application is highly desirable
Strong communication skills to effectively connect with clients and team members
Experience in retail sales or upselling within a service environment is a plus
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
Ability to multitask efficiently at the front desk while maintaining attention to detail in treatments
