Virtus Services Inc is looking for locale, quality, experienced, and safety-focused Tank Truck Operator to join our team. We welcome applications from qualified tank truck drivers interested in either employment or subcontractor opportunities

With a busy operating season anticipated, we are looking for a quality driver, not simply someone who holds a Class 1 licence. The successful candidate will have a strong work history, proven TDG experience, a current clean driver’s abstract, and a commitment to operating safely and professionally. Sub Contractor Positions Available- Subcontractors must have the proper licenses, safety certifications, credentials, and documentation required for work.





Retention Bonus Program- Earn up to $6000 in your first year

Eligibile recent hires can earn retention bonuses at the following milestones:
3 months: $1000
6 months: $2000
12 months: $3000

Retention Bonus Eligibility Requirements

Each bonus payment is conditional upon the employee remaining employed with Virtus Services Inc on the applicable milestone date and meeting the company's established eligibility requirements. Employee must be in good standing and compliant with company policies, safety procedures, and job performance expectations at each milestone to qualify. Bonuses are subject to applicable payroll deductions.

Requirements
Valid Class 1 Driver’s Licence- minimum 3 years experience
Minimum 3 years of TDG experience – mandatory
Current, clean driver’s abstract required
Solid work ethic and professional attitude
Excellent safety record and commitment to safe work practices
Reliable and dependable
Must be open and available to work various times and shifts, including nights
Must be able to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: $150,000.00-$180,000.00 per year
