About the Role

Our client is seeking a specialized Process Engineer with expertise in polymerization processes to join their innovative team in a fully remote capacity. This role is critical for optimizing and scaling up polymerization reactions and associated downstream processing. You will apply your deep technical knowledge to troubleshoot complex issues, improve process efficiency, and ensure product quality. This position is ideal for an experienced engineer who thrives in a remote setting, enjoys solving intricate chemical engineering challenges, and is passionate about advancing polymer science and manufacturing. Key Responsibilities

Optimize polymerization reaction conditions to maximize yield, purity, and desired molecular weight distribution. Develop and implement strategies for improving process stability, safety, and environmental performance. Troubleshoot operational issues related to polymerization reactors, separation equipment, and product handling. Conduct pilot studies and scale-up activities for new polymerization processes and product grades. Collaborate with R&D;, production,



and quality control teams in a virtual environment. Prepare technical reports, process documentation, and P&IDs.; Requirements

Master's or Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering or Polymer Science. 5+ years of experience in process engineering, with a strong focus on polymerization processes. In-depth understanding of polymerization kinetics, reactor design, and control strategies. Proficiency with process simulation tools and data analysis techniques. Excellent problem-solving skills and a hands‑on approach to process optimization. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, essential for a remote role. Benefits
