Catherine Regehr Inc. is a Vancouver-based designer and manufacturer of luxury women's eveningwear, with a long history of supplying leading specialty retailers throughout Canada and the United States.

We are looking for a reliable, organized and experienced Shipping & Operations Coordinator to join our small, friendly team.

Responsibilities include:
Preparing and shipping finished garments to retailers across Canada and the U.S.
Packing, labeling and preparing shipping documentation
Receiving fabrics and merchandise
Quality-checking garments before shipment
Preparing invoices and packing lists
Tracking shipments and communicating with customers and couriers
Assisting with inventory and general organization

The ideal candidate:
Has shipping,



receiving or order-processing experience
Is highly organized and detail-oriented
Takes pride in accuracy and presentation
Can work independently and manage deadlines
Has excellent attendance and is dependable
Fashion/apparel experience is an asset

This is a hands-on position in a small, established luxury fashion company. We are looking for someone who wants to become a valued and dependable member of our team.

Full-time | Vancouver | Salary commensurate with experience
