Fern Landscaping is looking for a reliable and hardworking person to join our winter snow removal team.

The main duties will include:
Shovelling snow from commercial sidewalks, walkways, entrances, and stairs
Applying salt and ice-melting products
Checking properties to make sure areas are properly cleared and protected
Monitoring conditions and identifying areas that need additional attention
Working with other members of the snow removal team

We will work with your current availability and schedule. Whether you're looking for occasional work or want to work as much as possible during the winter, we can accommodate your availability and offer work based on snowfall and operational needs.

Depending on your experience and willingness,



there may also be prospects to take on additional responsibilities such as helping coordinate or supervise other workers and assisting with other winter maintenance tasks.

Requirements:
Valid driver's licence is required
Reliable and punctual
Able to work outdoors in cold and snowy conditions
Physically able to shovel snow and perform manual work
Able to work independently and as part of a team

Previous snow removal experience is an asset but not required. Training will be provided.

This is seasonal, weather-dependent work. Shifts may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays depending on snowfall.

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
