Complete Care Wellness Centre is seeking a professional and compassionate Registered Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary rehabilitation team.

Our clinic focuses on providing treatment and rehabilitation services to individuals who have been injured in motor vehicle accidents (MVA). We are looking for a physiotherapist who can provide high-quality patient care while maintaining thorough and timely clinical documentation.

Responsibilities
Assess and treat patients with MVA-related injuries
Develop individualized physiotherapy and rehabilitation treatment plans
Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, mobility training, and other appropriate physiotherapy treatments
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as required
Complete accurate and timely clinical notes, assessments, progress reports, and discharge reports
Provide clinical information required for OCF-18 treatment plans
Work collaboratively with chiropractors, massage therapists and other members of the rehabilitation team
Maintain professional communication regarding patient progress when required




Ensure all treatment and documentation meet skilled and regulatory standards

Qualifications
Registered and in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
Valid professional liability insurance
Experience treating MVA patients is preferred
Familiarity with HCAI, OCF forms, MIG guidelines and Ontario automobile insurance claims is a strong asset
Excellent clinical documentation and report-writing skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional, reliable and patient-focused
Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary clinic
