Responsibilities
Greet guests promptly with a warm, friendly attitude, making them feel valued and comfortable.
Manage reservations efficiently using POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms.
Escort guests to their tables, ensuring seating arrangements are organized and timely.
Answer incoming phone calls with professionalism, providing accurate information and taking reservations or messages as needed.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand area to uphold a welcoming workplace.




Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to communicate guest needs and seating availability effectively.
Handle guest inquiries courteously, addressing concerns or special requests with positive solutions.

Experience
Previous experience in guest services, serving, or hospitality roles is highly preferred.
Familiarity with food service operations and restaurant procedures enhances your ability to excel in this role.
Robust communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening, are essential for engaging with guests confidently.
Experience using POS systems such as Micros POS or similar technology is advantageous.
Prior hotel or restaurant experience is a plus, demonstrating your understanding of customer service excellence.
A background in food service or hospitality helps you adapt quickly to fast-paced environments while maintaining professionalism.
