We are seeking a passionate and experienced Basketball Coach to lead our Club team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of basketball strategies, exceptional communication skills, and a commitment to player development.

Duties:
Develop and implement basketball training programs for players of various skill levels and ages.
Teach fundamental basketball skills such as shooting, dribbling, passing, and defense.
Plan and conduct practice sessions to improve team performance.
Provide guidance and support to players during games and competitions.
Evaluate player performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
Foster a positive and inclusive team workplace.
Collaborate with other coaches and staff to coordinate team activities.

Requirements:




Extensive experience playing basketball at a competitive level.
Robust knowledge of basketball rules, strategies, and techniques.
Previous coaching experience is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to effectively manage behavior and maintain discipline among players.
Experience working with students or children in a coaching.
