TRNT Educational Institute is seeking experienced and enthusiastic Grade 9–12 Science and Math Teachers to join our academic teaching team. We are looking for instructors who can support high school students with their school curriculum, strengthen core academic skills, and help them prepare for advanced-level courses and future university studies.

We welcome teachers who can teach one or more of the following subjects:
Mathematics
Pre-Calculus
Calculus
Biology
Chemistry
Physics
General Science

Experience teaching AP or IB courses is considered a strong asset.

Responsibilities
Teach Grade 9–12 students in one-on-one or small-group settings
Explain key concepts clearly and help students build strong academic foundations
Support students with school coursework, assignments, tests, and exam preparation
Identify students' academic strengths and areas for improvement
Develop appropriate lesson plans and learning strategies based on individual student needs
Provide regular feedback on student progress




Communicate professionally with TRNT's academic team regarding student performance and learning needs

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or above in Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Education, or a related field
Robust knowledge of Grade 9–12 academic content
Previous tutoring or teaching experience is preferred
Familiarity with the BC high school curriculum is an asset
AP or IB teaching experience is highly preferred
Strong communication and classroom management skills
Patient, responsible, organized, and student-focused
Able to explain complex concepts in a explicit and engaging way

Position Details
Position: Part time / Contract
Location: Vancouver, BC / Online
Teaching Format: One-on-one and small-group classes
Schedule: Flexible, primarily after school and on weekends

Pay: From $50.00 per hour
