We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our agile team. Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their tables.
Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently to minimize wait times.
Provide menus and inform guests about daily specials or promotions.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and dining area.
Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow.

Requirements




Previous experience in guest services or hospitality is preferred.
Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
Proficient in phone etiquette and handling inquiries effectively.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
