Job Summary

A UPS Store in Thornhill Vaughan has an opening for a part-time sales associate. If you like working in small but fast paced and creative workplace, have a friendly and outgoing personality and you have above average computer skills, this may be a position for you.

The Retail Sales Associate delivers world-class customer service to all retail customers. Associate will be providing guidance to the clients regarding the array of products and services that we provide. This will include receiving and processing packages for shipment, receiving, sorting and placing of in-coming mail/packages and copying and printing of customer’s documents.

The ideal candidate a friendly and genuinely helpful demeanor, and a professional appearance. He or she must be a fast learner who makes an effort to learn all aspects of the business in the shortest possible time

Duties
Delivers outstanding customer service to walk-in customers and telephone inquiries
Continuously practices good listening skills with customers and UPS Store team members




Takes ownership of the customer's needs and offers viable solutions
Operates all equipment, software, and devices like fax machine, photo copiers, printers, binding equipment, laminating equipment etc.
Maintains a clean and protected working setting
Store associate is responsible for day-to-day operations, including opening and closing of store
Performs other duties as required
Some lifting will be required

Requirements
Retail/customer service experience
Good communication and people skills
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office. Knowledge of Adobe Suites desirable
Prompt, reliable, and responsible

Working Hours

Total hours would be about 15+ hours per week, mostly in the evenings, closing shifts, and Saturdays as required

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 15.0 per week
