Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Private Personal Support Worker to provide exceptional care and support to individuals in their homes. I am looking to hire a PSW for Saturday and Sunday Morning and Afternoon the time is flexable however they need to be able to do the full care themselves in the afternoon

Duties
Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
Provide patient care including medication reminders, basic nursing tasks, and health monitoring
Support clients with meal preparation, feeding assistance, and nutritional needs
Perform light housekeeping duties such as cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a protected living environment
Offer companionship and emotional support to reduce feelings of loneliness or isolation
Help with mobility and transfer techniques,



including heavy lifting when necessary
Administer medications accurately as prescribed and document all care activities diligently

Qualifications
Prior experience in assisted living, nursing homes, home care, or hospice care is highly preferred
Demonstrated experience working with individuals with disabilities or dementia care needs
Knowledge of senior care practices and caregiving techniques
Ability to perform light cleaning and meal preparation tasks efficiently
Robust communication skills and compassionate demeanor
Physical ability to lift heavy objects safely and assist with mobility needs
Certification or training in medication administration is a plus but not mandatory; willingness to learn required skills
