You will troubleshoot complex systems, document fixes, and support on-call duties to ensure high availability. The role requires solid ITIL/ITSM knowledge, 6+ years in production support, and experience with Azure/Azure Red Hat OpenShift, Oracle, and PostgreSQL. Hybrid work options may apply in Canada.
