Kita Japanese Kitchen in Whitehorse, Yukon, is seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead our Japanese kitchen and ensure high-quality sushi, sashimi and hot dishes. You will oversee daily operations, train staff, and uphold strict food safety standards.
We require 2–3 years of skilled Japanese cuisine experience, strong knowledge of sanitation, and the ability to work in English. This full-time, year-round role offers $44.50 per hour and staff meals during shifts.
