The role focuses on coaching project leaders, developing HS&E; plans, and driving a strong safety culture to achieve first quartile safety performance.

Requirements include OH&S; education and CRSP accreditation, with a minimum of three years in HSE management systems, plus thorough knowledge of the Canada Labour Code.
