Become an Inclusion Support Educator with Compass Early Learning and Care in Millbrook, Ontario. This contract role offers you the chance to nurture children's learning from 2 pm to 6 pm.
CELC seeks two passionate educators for its school-age program. You will collaborate with children, families, and community partners, creating engaging, play-based activities tailored to children's interests. This position requires a love for early learning and the ability to document and support children's developmental progress while ensuring their well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and lead play-based learning activities
• Maintain active supervision during playtime
• Document children's learning and progress




• Ensure health and safety in the learning environment
• Foster relationships with families and community partners
Requirements:
• 1-3 years’ experience with children and youth
• Familiarity with Child Care Early Years Act standards
• Valid First Aid, CPR Level C, and police check
• ECE certification or related childcare qualification
• Robust commitment to inclusivity and collaboration
