Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced CNC Lathe Operator for a direct hire chance in Scarborough, ON. This role is ideal for a skilled CNC machinist who can independently set up, program, and operate CNC lathes while producing high-quality parts to tight tolerances.

The successful candidate will join a structured manufacturing setting that values safety, quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities
Set up, program, and operate CNC lathes for turning, threading, drilling, boring, grooving, tapping, and finishing operations.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, G codes, M codes,



and program revisions to ensure accurate machining.
Select tooling, measure offsets, monitor cycle times, and make edits or adjustments to meet drawing specifications.
Inspect parts using precision measuring tools such as micrometers, bore gauges, gauge blocks, and verniers.
Complete first-off and last-off inspections, maintain accurate labour records, and report nonconformities to the supervisor.
Follow all safety procedures, ISO processes, housekeeping expectations, and company manufacturing standards.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary: $47,800 to $49,000 per year.
