Available Roles & Requirements:

Kitchen Supervisor

•⁠ ⁠Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven kitchen experience is strictly required.

•⁠ ⁠Role: You will help oversee kitchen operations, maintain quality control, guide the line, and ensure smooth service during peak hours.

Line Cook

•⁠ ⁠Experience: Previous line cook experience and strong work ethic and passion for culinary and execution are most important.

•⁠ ⁠Role:



You will be hands-on in our open kitchen, executing contemporary European dishes with precision and speed.

Mandatory Requirements (All Back-of-House Staff):

•⁠ ⁠Valid Food Handler Certificate is absolutely required.

•⁠ ⁠A genuine passion for the daily grind of kitchen operations and culinary excellence.

•⁠ ⁠Ability to work cleanly and efficiently in an open-kitchen setting where guests can see the action.

•⁠ ⁠Robust communication skills and a team-first attitude.
