Fieldstone Bread, an artisan bakery in Ocean Park, South Surrey, is hiring THREE part time bread bakers.

The role: hands-on artisan baking — breads and pastries: scaling, mixing, fermenting, shaping, proofing, and baking our daily breads and pastries. Early-morning shifts starting at 5 AM, 20–24 hours per week. You'll keep the bake on schedule so fresh product is ready for the morning rush. This is physical work: you must be able to repeatedly lift 25 kg bags of flour.

You: bread-baking experience preferred (keen learners with solid kitchen skills considered); reliable, punctual, and genuinely comfortable with early mornings; solid food safety habits (FoodSafe Level 1 an asset, or willingness to obtain it); a feel for dough — or the drive to develop one.

We offer: $18.25/hr starting, moving to $20 as training progresses; staff discounts; done by 1:30 PM — your afternoons are yours.
