T Tech Construction is hiring hardworking, reliable, and motivated individuals for construction projects in Ottawa and the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).

We are looking for both General Construction Labourers and Experienced Siding & Cladding Installers.

You don’t need to be an experienced cladding installer to apply! If you’re handy, comfortable working with construction tools, willing to learn, and have a solid work ethic, we’d like to hear from you.

Previous experience in siding, cladding, or exterior construction is a strong asset.

Responsibilities
Assist with general construction and exterior finishing work.
Handle, prepare, measure, and cut construction materials.
Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
Assist with siding and cladding installation.
Follow supervisors’ instructions and site safety procedures.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Work effectively as part of a team.

Mandatory Safety Certifications

Applicants must have:
Working at Heights (WAH)
WHMIS
4 Steps to Worker Health and Safety Awareness

Additional Certifications – Assets





The following certifications are considered assets but are not mandatory:
Boom Lift Operator Training
Scissor Lift Operator Training
Swing Stage Safety Training

Qualifications
Comfortable using basic hand tools and power tools.
Reliable, punctual, and physically capable of performing construction work.
Robust work ethic and willingness to learn.
Ability to follow instructions and work safely.
General construction experience is an asset.
Siding and cladding experience is preferred but NOT required.
