Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Crew Leader to oversee and coordinate our winter season,
Duties
Supervise daily operations of the crew
Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company policies
Provide hands-on guidance and support to team members
Coordinate with clients and project managers to meet expectations
Maintain accurate records of work performed and time logs
Experience
Proven supervising experience in winter grounds maintenance
Solid leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
Prior experience in winter plowing
Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and team members
G License is mandatory
