Responsibilities
Perform a variety of skincare treatments such as facials, waxing, and eyelash extensions with precision and care
Provide expert advice on skincare routines, product recommendations, and treatment options tailored to each client’s needs
Conduct retail sales by recommending and upselling skincare products and services to maximize client satisfaction and business growth
Deliver outstanding customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere, listening attentively, and addressing client concerns effectively
Manage front desk duties including scheduling appointments, checking in clients, and maintaining accurate records




Promote additional services through effective upselling strategies while ensuring clients feel valued and informed
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all treatment areas in compliance with health regulations

Experience
Previous experience as an Esthetician or in a similar skincare role is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is highly valued
Skills in eyelash extensions application are highly desirable
Robust retail sales experience with the ability to confidently recommend products and services
Excellent communication skills to connect with clients and collaborate effectively with team members
Ability to manage front desk responsibilities efficiently while providing exceptional customer service
Knowledge of current skincare trends, techniques, and best practices is a plus
