Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and passionate Second Sous Chef to join our culinary team. As a Sous Chef, you will play a vital role in supporting the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation, and maintaining food safety standards. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a rapid-paced environment and have a robust background in the food industry. You will be responsible for leading kitchen staff, creating delicious dishes, and contributing to an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Please note this position is full-time and fully evening shifts.

Responsibilities
Assist the Head Chef in menu planning and recipe development.
Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency and quality.
Supervise and train kitchen staff in food preparation techniques and safety practices.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean kitchen setting.
Collaborate with team members to prepare high-quality dishes in a timely manner.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
Maintain kitchen equipment and ensure proper usage among staff.




Handle any customer inquiries or complaints regarding food quality or service.

Skills
Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary skills.
Experience in restaurant management and team leadership.
Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices.
Excellent communication skills to effectively lead a diverse team.
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
