Duties
Diagnose hardware and software issues on various mobile devices, including Android and iOS platforms
Repair or replace faulty components such as screens, batteries, charging ports, and internal circuitry using hand tools and schematics
Troubleshoot operating systems (Android, iOS, macOS, Windows) to resolve software conflicts or malfunctions
Conduct analysis of device problems through detailed inspection and testing procedures
Assist customers with retail sales by explaining repair options and recommending device upgrades or accessories
Use technical manuals, schematics, and diagnostic tools to identify root causes of device failures
Maintain detailed records of repairs performed,



parts used, and troubleshooting steps taken to ensure quality control

Qualifications
Proven experience repairing mobile devices with knowledge of Android and iOS operating systems
Familiarity with computer hardware components and software troubleshooting techniques
Ability to read schematics and use hand tools effectively for delicate repairs
Strong analysis skills to identify issues quickly and accurately
Experience working with retail sales environments is a plus
Knowledge of macOS and Windows operating systems enhances troubleshooting capabilities
Excellent communication skills to explain technical issues clearly to customers
