Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our sales initiatives and expand our market presence. In this role, you will be responsible for generating current business opportunities, following up on leads, and promoting our services to prospective clients. Duties
Follow leads to identify potential clients and book appointments for service demonstrations or consultations.
Actively engage with prospects through sales calls, presentations, and follow-up communications to promote our services.
Sell the company's services effectively by understanding client needs and demonstrating value propositions.
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns and outreach initiatives.
Track sales activities, maintain accurate records of interactions, and report on progress regularly.




Provide feedback from clients to help refine marketing strategies and service offerings.

Qualifications
Proven experience in sales, marketing, or a related role, preferably within a similar industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to follow up diligently on leads and appointments.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset; comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and market conditions.
Knowledge of sales techniques, CRM tools, and digital marketing platforms is advantageous.
A proactive attitude towards following up on leads, making sales calls, and closing deals.

Pay: $15.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
