Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and efficiently upon arrival, providing a positive first impression.
Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, answering inquiries and directing calls promptly.
Check guests in and out accurately using hotel management software, ensuring smooth transitions.
Handle guest requests and concerns with courtesy and urgency, resolving issues to maximize satisfaction.
Provide detailed information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experiences.
Maintain accurate records of reservations, cancellations, and billing details while adhering to privacy policies.




Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms meet quality standards.

Qualifications
Proven experience working at a hotel front desk or in a customer service role within the hospitality industry.
Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly preferred to serve diverse guest populations effectively.
Excellent phone etiquette skills combined with strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Demonstrated knowledge of front desk operations, multi-line phone systems, and guest services procedures.
Passion for delivering outstanding customer service with a friendly, energetic attitude.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and efficiently while maintaining professionalism.
Previous hotel experience is a plus but not mandatory; eagerness to learn is essential.
