During your internship, you will contribute to:
Identify, support, and collaborate on IT initiatives under the sponsorship of a leader
Support several improvement initiatives within Service domain.
Demonstrate and select potential solutions of concrete problems.
Understand and document current ecosystem architecture to facilitate common understanding on the future improvements strategies to be selected.

During your internship, you will learn to:




Participate and contribute in BIS team meetings related to assigned initiatives.
Enhance your analytical and problem-solving skills in a real-world setting
Analyze data to generate actionable insights
Document processes, findings, and outcomes for knowledge sharing
Contribute to increasing the efficiency of the department by deploying the developed tools
Strengthen your presentation and storytelling skills to gain stakeholder buy-in

How to thrive in this role?
Strong analytical thinking & communication skills
Currently enrolled in Computer Science or related field
Knowledge of AI and more specifically Generative AI (GenAI) technologies
Knowledge of prompt engineering and Microsoft Copilot Studio (robust asset)
Fluent in English with a positive understanding of French
