· Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on building structures, grounds, building systems, and equipment.

· Perform minor electrical maintenance limited to replacement of minor appliances, cords, etc. using appropriate hand, power, and specialty tools.

· Perform minor plumbing maintenance (e.g., replacement or repair of leaks in drains and faucets, unclogging of drains, etc.).

· Perform minor painting, carpentry, and masonry work (e.g., preparing surfaces and using brush, sprayer, or roller to apply paints, stains, and varnishes, hanging doors, fitting locks, and handles, etc.).

· Conducting regular facility walk throughs for mechanical, electrical and other equipment system monitoring.

· Ensure that facility grounds and parking lots are clean and safe to use & perform preventative maintenance.





· Assist in the usage of a preventative maintenance (PM) program and ensure that deficiencies are identified, recorded, and escalated if necessary.

· You will be required to respond to routine and on-demand service requests.

· As a member of the Maintenance Crew, support the team however needed to ensure operational needs are being met.

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32.0 – 40.0 per week
