Responsibilities
Lead classroom sessions and practical workshops on various welding processes, including MIG, TIG, and Stick welding
Develop lesson plans that align with industry standards and certification requirements
Demonstrate proper welding techniques, safety procedures, and equipment maintenance to students
Assess student progress through hands-on evaluations and provide constructive feedback to promote skill development
Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and promote a culture of safety awareness within the classroom and workshop areas
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and certifications achieved




Collaborate with program coordinators to continuously improve curriculum content and instructional methods

Skills
Proven classroom experience teaching welding or related technical subjects
Strong knowledge of welding techniques, safety standards, and industry best practices
Excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse learners
Ability to motivate students and foster a positive learning environment
Familiarity with instructional tools, equipment maintenance, and safety protocols in a workshop setting
