Responsibilities
Efficiently clean dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to uphold high hygiene standards.
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen surfaces, floors, and storage areas regularly throughout shifts.
Assist with basic food preparation tasks under supervision, such as peeling, chopping, or portioning ingredients.
Support the kitchen team during busy service times by ensuring all items are sanitized and ready for use.
Manage waste disposal and recycling processes in accordance with health and safety regulations.




Follow food handling procedures meticulously to ensure safety and compliance with health standards.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of food service.

Experience
Previous experience working in a restaurant or hospitality workplace is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for motivated newcomers.
Familiarity with cleaning procedures specific to commercial kitchens or hotel settings is advantageous.
Basic understanding of food handling and safety practices is desirable.
Experience in food service or hospitality roles demonstrates solid teamwork skills and a positive attitude.
Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail is essential.
