Responsibilities
Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to food safety protocols at all times
Assist in food handling, storage, and rotation to ensure freshness and prevent cross-contamination
Support the kitchen team during busy periods by efficiently managing meal preparation tasks
Follow serving procedures to ensure timely delivery of orders to guests
Monitor food quality during preparation and presentation, making adjustments as needed




Collaborate with team members to uphold a positive, energetic work setting that promotes teamwork and efficiency

Skills
Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, with knowledge of kitchen operations
Robust understanding of food handling, safety standards, and sanitation practices
Ability to perform meal preparation tasks quickly and accurately under pressure
Excellent cooking skills with familiarity in various cooking techniques
Experience in serving guests professionally and courteously
Knowledge of the food industry trends and best practices for kitchen efficiency
Good communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and supervisors
