Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Receiver for one of our companies in Concord. In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and effective receipt of incoming shipments, verifying inventory, and preparing products for distribution. Your proactive approach will help maintain seamless warehouse operations, support order fulfillment, and uphold high standards of safety and accuracy.

Duties
Receive and unload inbound shipments using forklifts, reach trucks, or manual handling techniques
Verify shipment contents against purchase orders and packing lists with attention to detail
Record received items accurately into the warehouse management system (WMS) or ERP software such as MRP or AS400
Organize and store inventory in designated warehouse locations following safety and efficiency protocols
Prepare items for order picking, packing, and shipping by ensuring proper labeling and packaging standards
Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock reconciliation to maintain accurate records
Load outgoing shipments onto trucks or containers, ensuring proper handling and documentation compliance
Collaborate with warehouse staff to optimize space utilization and streamline receiving processes

Requirements
Must have proven experience in warehouse operations,



shipping & receiving, or related roles with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
Must have a valid forklift certification with experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, or other warehouse equipment
Must have experience using RF Scanner
Must be robust with computers and have a positive command in English.
Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), MRP systems, or AS400 platforms for inventory tracking
Strong understanding of warehouse distribution processes including order fulfillment and order picking
Ability to perform basic math calculations for inventory counts, measurements, and documentation purposes
Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail in verifying shipments and recording data
Physical ability to load & unload shipments, stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects safely, and operate warehouse machinery safely

Job location: Concord by Langstaff Rd & Dufferin St

Shift timings: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm Monday to Friday

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
