We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Cook/Kitchen Hand to join our vibrant hospitality team. Duties
Assist in preparing and cooking asian/chinese variety of menu items according to established recipes and quality standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including washing dishes, sanitizing workstations, and disposing of waste properly
Support food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene compliance at all times
Serve food efficiently to guests, ensuring timely delivery and presentation that meets brand standards
Operate POS systems such as Micros POS for processing orders and payments accurately
Restock supplies, ingredients,



and utensils as needed to keep the kitchen fully equipped for service
Follow food safety protocols diligently, including proper storage, temperature control, and hygiene practices

Experience
Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly desirable
Familiarity with kitchen operations, food preparation, and cooking techniques
Experience with serving guests in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of POS systems like Micros POS or similar platforms for cashiering and order management
Background in hospitality or hotel service roles is advantageous
Solid communication skills and a team-oriented attitude are essential for success in this role
