Join our team as a Retail Sales Associate and Key Holder.

Duties
Greet customers warmly and assist them with product selections
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and explicit communication skills
Support store leadership by opening or closing the store as a Key Holder, ensuring security protocols are followed and daily procedures are completed
Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and ensuring the store remains clean, organized, and inviting for shoppers

Requirements
Previous retail sales experience is preferred;
Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer needs effectively




Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain product features clearly and confidently
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for merchandising, stock management, and cash handling
Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a rapid-paced workplace
Customer service orientation with a friendly attitude and phone etiquette skills

This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to develop their retail expertise while making meaningful connections with customers.

Pay: $19.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 35.0 per week
