About Us
Everything on our menu is made in-house. We break down and portion our beef, and make our stocks, sauces, and desserts from raw ingredients; nothing arrives pre-made or pre-portioned. We're looking for a line cook with solid fundamentals who wants to sharpen them on an ambitious menu.

This role is a fit if you:
Have 1+ year on the line in a kitchen that makes its own food: fine dining, upscale casual, hotel, or similar
Can execute classical knife cuts quickly and consistently
Can cook steaks and proteins to exact temperature on a grill or broiler
Can make and hold sauces, including emulsions
Can work from prep lists and par levels, and set up a full station without supervision
Hold an Ontario Food Handler Certificate

What You'll Do
Prep and set up your station before service
Execute dishes to spec during service, Wed–Sat
Keep your station clean and organized throughout the shift
Communicate on the line and ask when you're unsure
