Job Overview

We are seeking a agile and proactive Project and Sourcing Manager to lead our procurement and supply chain initiatives. Responsibilities
Develop and implement sourcing strategies aligned with manufacturing needs, focusing on cost savings, quality improvement, and supplier reliability.
Manage end-to-end procurement processes, ensuring timely purchasing of materials and components.
Lead vendor negotiations to secure favorable pricing, terms, and delivery schedules while fostering robust supplier partnerships.
Oversee vendor management activities, including performance evaluations, risk assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives.




Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align procurement plans with production schedules using MRP (Material Requirements Planning) tools.
Drive sourcing activities for new products or materials by conducting market research and supplier assessments.
Monitor supply chain performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing operations.
