We are excited to announce we are recruiting for a Temporary Director of Care to our leadership team at our retirement residence in London.

The Temporary Director of Care's role is to ensure the delivery of optimal care and services to our residents in conjunction with the Director of Care.

You have:
Current registration as a RPN at the relevant nurses college
Possess current First Aid/CPR certificate
Experience in geriatric, rehabilitation or long-term care nursing is desirable
Must have knowledge of the nursing process
Post-graduate studies in geriatrics is desirable
Must have valuable leadership and communication skills
Possession of skill in planning, coordinating, and supervising a comprehensive nursing care program
