AVAILABLE SHIFTS
Days: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Evenings: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Nights: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Must be available to work weekends

QUALIFICATIONS

The successful candidate will have:
Minimum 1 year of LPN experience,



preferably in Long Term Care
Active registration and in good standing with CLPNA
Excellent clinical assessment and decision-making skills
Robust verbal and written communication skills
Effective time management and organizational skills
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
PointClickCare experience
eMAR training considered an asset
Palliative care experience considered an asset

REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION

Successful candidates must provide:
CLPNA Registration
Current Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Persons Search
Current Chest X-Ray for TB Clearance
Professional references
