We are currently hiring a Treatment Coordinator for a modern, fully digital Orthodontic Office

Responsibilities and Duties
Acting as the orthodontic ambassador; explaining treatment and procedures to patients and/or guardians
Working with patients to develop payment plans and ensuring understanding of contracts
Addressing any patient questions and concerns
Following up with patients to follow progress and after care
Strong understanding of benefit billing process and costs
Understanding and awareness of treatment consultation statistics and reports




Ability to cross-train and be willing to learn and grow
Able to travel to multiple locations in the city

Qualifications and Skills
Must be computer proficient and learn new software easily
Previous experience in sales
Capable of closing successful sales
A strong sense of urgency and a willingness to assist where needed
Ability to work in quick paced practice
High level of organization and attention to detail
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Proficient in English
Willingness to be cross trained in other areas of the clinic
Previous experience working in a professional sales or customer service environment considered an asset
