Bird Stairs is looking for a result driven, experienced inside salesperson responsible for establishing relationships and marketing our company’s brands in a way that is positive, honest, and qualified.

As a successful inside sales representative, you will strive to find recent customers and develop innovative solutions for bettering our product and service. Phone work is directly linked to successful outcomes resulting from customer retention and word-of-mouth sales. We require a positive, customer-oriented individual who communicates well with others and enjoys working with people.

Within this role you will be responsible for:

· Facilitating the sales process, initiating from the original phone call through finalizing account setup/update for each customer you speak with





· Researching and understanding our product lines so that you are familiar with each of our product’s to confidently advise our customers

· Maintaining an organized workspace so that documents, updates, and product information is readily accessible for reference and to answer questions

· Preparing quotes for customers and following up in a timely manner

· Documenting sales by creating and updating records of customer profiles

Qualifications:

· Sound electrical and/or lighting knowledge

· Superior listening and communication skills

· Robust interpersonal communication skills

· Energetic, positive, customer-oriented individual and a team player

Compensation and Benefits

· Salary based on experience

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
