The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a minimum of two years’ experience working in a Kitchen. Must have the ability to handle high volume services and execute dishes with consistency in a timely and orderly fashion. Candidates must be team players who work well under pressure and as part of unit with a unified goal.
Duties
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes
Ensure food safety standards are met during all stages of food handling and preparation
Work respectfully and cooperatively with colleagues
-Maintain a clean and orderly work station
-Work independently to open and or close the restaurant
Skills
Proficiency in kitchen operations and food preparation techniques
Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
Experience in the food service industry or restaurant workplace
Excellent communication skills

Pay: From $20-$25/hr + a minimum of $6-$9 per hour in gratuities
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
