About the Role

You’ll be the face of Sheldon Creek on the road. Driving our company-owned refrigerated cargo van, you’ll deliver our dairy products and other Ontario-made goods to small and medium independent retailers, many of them loyal, long-time customers, within a two-hour radius of the farm.

This is a 1–2 day per week position (10–20 hours), with more hours available if you want them. You’ll also help cover routes when other drivers are on vacation. If you enjoy a bit of variety, this is a excellent fit.

At each stop, you’ll do more than drop off product. You’ll do a quick in-store check to make sure our products are well stocked, merchandised properly, and within date, and you’ll build friendly relationships with the store teams along the way.

No experience with dairy delivery? No problem. We’ll train you through hands-on shadowing until you’re confident running a route on your own.
