Job Overview
We are seeking a energetic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, promoting our products and services, and driving sales growth. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for customer service and a background in facilities maintenance or custodial work to leverage their skills in a sales environment. The Sales Representative will play a key role in expanding our client base and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and product knowledge.

Compensation Structure:

This is a commission-only position. There is no base salary or hourly wage.

Commission

You will receive:

10% commission on the first month’s service contract value for any new client contract you personally secure on behalf of the Company.

Key Responsibilities
Prospect and generate new leads through cold calling, referrals, networking, door-to-door, and inbound inquiries
Conduct in office or virtual assessments to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate services
Prepare and present accurate quotes, proposals,



and service agreements
Close sales and consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with residential, commercial, property management, and insurance clients
Follow up with leads, estimates, and past customers to drive repeat business
Collaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate records of leads, activities, and sales in the CRM system
Represent Kleen n Shine professionally at all times
Stay knowledgeable about company services, pricing, and industry trends
