Our customers is opening a new distribution branch in Mississauga and seeks a reliable, detail-oriented warehouse associate to support daily operations. The role includes shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, inventory control, and articulated forklift material handling within a narrow-aisle, high-bay racking system (22 ft explicit height). The position requires secure truck loading/unloading, accurate part and quantity verification, and support for a startup-style distribution workplace.
Must have skills and experience:
At least two years of warehouse, shipping/receiving, or industrial distribution experience
Demonstrated experience operating an articulated narrow-aisle forklift and placing/retrieving product from high-bay racks up to 22 ft
Valid forklift operator certification or documented operator training applicable to site equipment
Proven order-picking, packing, receiving, and inventory-control accuracy
Basic computer, email, and data-entry skills; comfortable with barcode scanners or WMS
Dependable attendance, punctuality, and solid attention to detail
Ability to safely lift and handle up to 50 lb and perform physical warehouse duties throughout the shift if required
Legal authorization to work in Canada
