Job Summary
Dairy Queen is looking for friendly, reliable, and energetic individuals to join our team! As a Team Member, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience by serving quality food and treats in a fast-paced environment. You'll be responsible for upholding DQ’s standards of cleanliness, food safety, and guest service while working as part of a fun and dynamic team.
Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and take food and treat orders accurately.
Prepare and serve menu items according to Dairy Queen standards.
Operate kitchen equipment such as grills, fryers, and blenders.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, dining areas, and restrooms.
Handle cash, process payments, and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system.
Restock ingredients and supplies as needed throughout your shift.
Follow food safety and quality control procedures.
Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Uphold brand standards and provide a positive customer experience.
Follow all company policies and health regulations.
Experience
Previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus, but not required — we’re happy to train the right candidate!
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to multitask in a rapid-paced workplace.
Reliable, punctual, and committed to excellent service.
Basic math skills and attention to detail.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
