We are a well-established dental office in Ancaster’s Meadowlands looking for an experienced Dental Receptionist to join our team.
We are seeking someone with 3+ years of dental office experience who is organized, friendly, flexible and a team player and comfortable working independently.
Responsibilities
Patient scheduling, check-in and check-out
Answering phones and patient communication
Treatment coordination and follow-up
Dental insurance and billing
Recall management
General front-office administration
Qualifications
3+ years of dental office experience
Abledent and Recall Max is an asset
Dental reception or office management experience
Knowledge of dental terminology, insurance and billing
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Schedule
Versatile full-time or part-time hours.
One Saturday per month from September through May.
Competitive compensation based on experience.
