Job Overview
Custom Shop Worker (Custom Cabinet Maker)

Responsible for building and assembling one-off, specialty, or highly detailed cabinetry and wood components that fall outside of standard production. Such as:
Custom Hoods: Various styles, curved, box style, tapered with trims
Wine Cabinets
Lamello-ing & Glue Ups
Crown Molding cutting & Assembly
Soffit Fabrication
Light Rail Fabrications

Key Duties:
Interpret custom blueprints, drawings, or client specifications.
Measure, cut, and assemble unique cabinet components.
Operate woodworking equipment (saws, routers, planers, joiners, sanders).
Perform hand-crafting tasks such as shaping, detailing, or modifying standard parts.
Collaborate with designers, engineers, and sales staff to ensure custom orders meet client expectations.
Apply veneers, trims, and finishing details as required.




Ensure quality and precision on every custom piece.
Maintain protected working practices and proper use of specialized tools.
CNC Operator - Running programs, cabinet parts, MDF doors

Skills/Qualifications:
Robust woodworking and cabinetmaking skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Attention to detail and problem-solving for non-standard builds.
Experience with both power tools and hand tools.
Team Player
Ability to work under pressure/deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00-$28.00 per hour
